Scope of Work:                                

The supply of materials, labour, equipment, consumables, plant and transport for construction, quality assurance requirements and associated documentation for the completion of the Micro Turbine Test Bed.

Project Activities:                                            

• Site Development and associated civil works,
• Supply, manufacture and installation of all pipes and fittings
• Supply, manufacture and installation of structural steel
• Scheduling and co-ordination of both the off-site fabrication and on-site installation
• Supply and installation of Hazardous Area electrical cable, glands &cable trays
• Supply, manufacture and installation of Junction Boxes and Distribution Board
• Installation of Heat Tracing and Load Banks
• Installation and Termination of Instruments
• Construction of 6 x Concrete slabs
• Supply & Installation of Structural Grout
• Supply and application of surface treatments
• Hydrostatic test of installation
• Procurement and Logistics
• Supply and maintain full quality records, “as built” drawings and MDR
• Installation Traceability Documentation
• Project Management and Project Liaison with Client Representatives
• Development and maintenance of Management Plans
• Commissioning of Installation
