EFS recognise the key to our success as a company, relies on the development
EFS have a current staff level of 20, but through a vast network of resources developed through decent business practices, can instantaneously increase staffing levels should the client demand occur.and retention of our skilled and experienced personnel.
EFS have a variety of skilled tradespeople as detailed by the table below:

EFS recognise the need for both internal and external training of its’ personnel to ensure a high level of skills, abilities and knowledge are maintained.
All EFS personnel have the following Competencies as a minimum:
- Origin Modules 0,1 and 2
- Gas Detection Training
- 4x4 Training
- First Aid
- Cardio Pulmonary Rescue (CPR)
- Low Voltage Rescue (LVR)
Although EFS is a relatively new company, the personnel that have been sourced have over 60 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industries. EFS’ personnel base is constantly expanding to meet demand.
All personnel are keen to be involved with a new company dedicated to safety, efficiency and excellent standards and in which they can have pride in their workmanship.
